Our Approach:
– We will send you a personalized 20-30 minute meditation to do an hour before your treatment to help get you into the right mind space for the infusion. In addition, we recommend doing a 10 minute gratitude journal to assist in creating the positive change we are aiming to accomplish with the infusion. **Optional but highly recommended
– During the infusion you will be laying down in a comfortable position and you will listen to relaxing mediative music designed to help your brain disconnect from the world around you. We also have some meditative and psychedelic videos if you prefer. Remember this treatment is designed for you so if you prefer to sit in silence with your eyes closed that is completely up to you.
– During your recovery we will answer any questions or help you walk through thoughts that came up during the treatment if you so choose.
